Yesterday was Labour Thanksgiving Day in Japan and we had the day off. Today is not a holiday here, but they are serving a Thanksgiving buffet at the cafe in our office. I just had my sad little cafe Thanksgiving dinner at my desk. They were worried that they'd run out of turkey, so they're giving half turkey, half pepper chicken. Rip. And the mashed potatoes look like mashed potato pellets. And there's no dressing. Missing home just a little today.
